    two late war nambu brothers

up for your viewing are two japanese nambu pistols, both dated 20.5 for may of 1945. both from the same factory! all matching except for the magazines, but i wont complain too much about that. the type 14 came with a rubberized canvas holster. i really like these later war pistols, japans last products before the end of the line

thanks bill for your comments. i have lately been very interested in japanese pistols, having been mainly a 3rd reich collector. i cant help but like these weapons for their aesthetic value,(i think they look great) and the early pistols are made to such high standards. the fact that the magazines dont match, how much does that affect the collectability of these guns? thanks,,mike

                Mike,
It takes away a little on the value. More often than not the mags do match in Japanese pistols.
Considering the condition of your two pistols it wouldn't worry me much.
Very nice examples and thanks for showing,
                R.Blue

                  Yo, Mike,
You seem to have hit the Japanese Jackpot here lately!! These are nice looking, and typical of the late war production methods.
By the way, have you tried to take the Model 94 apart??

                  Ronnie

i havent tried to take the type 94 apart yet. i dont know how to exactly, and dont want to risk damaging it. for now it just is displayed on my wall in my hobby room.
