    Going price of Mauser HSC's?

What are Mauser HSC's bringing? I have a chance to buy a nice Army 135 marked HSC for around 350$. Just checked some of the internet auction sites and they seem to have gone up quite a bit since I last checked, has anyone else noticed the price on these edging upwards? Chris...

    Mauser HSc's

You are right...Mauser HSc's have gained in popularity and value. Certain variations are in greater demand than others, and condition always impacts price. Most sought after are the first-production low grip screw variety (approx 1350 pistols), Kriegsmarine and Police variations. Army variations, in top condition, always draw collector interest. A pistol with matching serial numbers, correct holster and spare magazine is always more attractive. The mid-war Army (WaA135) is reasonable at $350...provided it's in the 90% range or better.

In Norway (where usually WW2 guns are cheap) the HSC is quite expensive, they usually start at 500 USD and go upwards to 580.

A friend of mine had one at the gun show last week with an original holster for $475.
