i have decided in my compassion for authentic world war 2 guns rifles and edged weapons that i am going to open up a home for neglected and unwanted guns. those old ww2 daggers , swords k98s and m1s you have laying around the house are in many cases being woefully neglected. Many folks are unaware of the emotional toll this can take on you firearms especially. There have been many documented cases of even the most finely sighted k98 sniper rifles being unable to hit a large bovine enclosure after only a few months of sitting in the so called safes! These safes are in fact not safe . These guns need to be out in the light of day where they can soak up the sunshine and be shown off frequently. This is an arduious task i am taking on but I feel it is my duty to my fellow man. So please forward all correct and authentic ww2 guns and edged weapons to me as soon as you have paid shipping and handling and included a letter saying they are now mine at no cost so i can add them to my collection, er museum? so to speak. i plan on having to build a big expensive well guarded building to store them in and will need you to donate to that also , but more on that later. inquirys can be made to mr dS home for wayward ww2 stuff care of this site.

Steve.
Vietnam was the revolutionary small arms Wal-Mart in the late 70's and early 80's, M16's initially supplied to South Vietnam were found as far of as El Salvador.

Here's a link to a PDF file (had to convert it to jpeg's cause of the size) I made when I first came to the conclusion that the location was Vietnam, I later got it confirmed through other sources with the information about the fire etc.
