    .

    Hi WenRan.

The last couple of K98´s I have seen for sale was between 350- 550 euro. And about + 100 - 150 euro for the bayonet.

    Best regards
    Claus

I suspect that at that price it would be a de-activated K98. A firing K-98 would be a bit more IMO.

That's an insane price for a Kar98k, even with all matching numbers.

I would pay no more than 500 Euro's...and even then it has to be in damn good state.

              That price is imo

              Nick.

a matching number k98 here in the states would go for 1200 dollars easy. with a matching bayo frog and scabbard add another 300 at least. as a package it would not be odd to get 1500 to 2000, if the gun were extremely nice shape. so you need to look at the bore. don't get in a hurry and neglect number one factor , bore . all of em will shoot but if bores shot its a wall hanger. i wouldn't take less than 1000 for my matching k98 with a repro stock . ihave over 500 in it with all the tools and restoration and it was great before i restocked it . on the other hand i could have bought a non matching number 44 year gun at a show last week for a hundred bucks. i guess the bottom line is a great one is big money, a run of the mill is a few hundred.
