Instead of making fun of us you could help us along the way with a few pointers. Not all of us can handle guns to learn (legislation). And books aren't always the answer to a specific question.

I think you guys need to get thicker skin. No one is being mean - just direct. I suggest you get used to the direct approach. The sugar coated, back slapping, half truth, old time collector approach has been exposed for its faults and fraud. For the most part it has been replaced with a "Just the facts maam - just the facts" approach.

The internet, forums and books has made quality research material more available then it ever was. It is unreasonable for new collectors to expect more experienced collectors (who have bought all the books and done research for years) to do brain dumps upon request. I for one want to do what I can to help new collectors as they represent the future of the hobby. So in most cases I am happy to answer some homework questions. However, don't expect me to take the test for you.

search for my thread and you will see that i m not starting yesterday collecting

but if you read the thread you see that i wrote first that i put pictures of the ppk in here and i did - also i knew by myself its a ugly fake

but for completing the thread it was necessary - and nobody is forced to write his opinion in here
