I have owned several like these. Supposedly, rifles that had defective rails had them milled off prior to completion, and were issued like that. The last one I had was an ac44, but I have seen ac45 versions as well. Fairly common- most likely a late war expedient to build rifles from earlier rejected components? Darrin Weavers book Hitlers Garands has info on these, you should pick it up.

Was it any difference between G43's and K43's? Or were just the same thing?

No difference- it was simply a late war designation change, like the MP44 to StG44. Some early G43 rifles do have threaded muzzles, and some late ac45 rifles have design improvements (?) that appeared, but they had nothing to do with the designation change.
