    Substantial update to my website.

Hi, all. I have been gone for a while, I am back from overseas, and I have made a large update to my website, most notably the inclusion of a project I have been working on for a year or so...it is a graphic map study of production and subcontractor locations for the K98k rifle.
I saw that I could not find such a reference anywhere in printed or electronic form, so I said "why don't I do one?"
Well, a LOT of hours and effort later, here it is. It will be evolving with time, but I have a pretty good handle on it now.

Go to my site, http://www.cagedlion.com and look at the bottom of the homepage for the link, let me know what you think.

I have also made additions elsewhere, take a "surf" and of course, I always welcome feedback, good or bad. It is by far not a complete work on the subject at hand, but works as a primer on Czech weapon production by the Germans.

    Hey Jeff,
Glad you made it back safe. The site looks good.
    How's the "LSR" going?
    Talk to you later,

Thanks, Roscoe. It sure is good to be home!

The bcd4 is on it's way to my home this week, then the work starts.

(I'm building a repro - but not really an ordinary one, for those who were wondering... )

        Hi Jeff,
First, welcome home, and second, a very nice website. I have one of the Czech. "artic" trigger guard 98ks in my collection. Unfortunately, it has a mismatched straight handle bolt. If you know anyone who has a correct turned down bolt that I could aquire, please let me know.
As a side note, here at work we use a large number of the post war Czech. VZ-58 assault rifles, all folding stocks. Excellent quality, and tend to be a bit more accurate than our Ak,s.
        Cheers,
        Johnnie

          Zh29

I have a CZ ZH29 that was captured from German forces in WWII, while made before the occupation it appears that they were used even though I imagine in very limited numbers. Mine was purchased from the son of a WWII Vet.

Anyway if you need pic's let me know.

Now THAT is a rare one and a keeper! If you ever decide to sell it, let me know so I can mortgage the house and cars, and sell the wife and kids! (Just joking)
