    Attention Ammo Guys! Need help!

Just got in a bunch of misc stuff, and in it, was a lot of ammo, and artillery shells and casings.

I need some help Identifying some of it, and also what the value would be for these?

    Thanks
    Matt

First one here, I know what it is. It is a German 20mm round, and is nicely marked "38e" "wa+" "eagle/WaA10" and dated "42". Does anyone know any information about this round, and what the value of it would be?

This Is a 40mm shell. Don't know where it's from, or what it's worth though? Most likely British I think?

Last one is a group of 6, 20mm rounds on a belt link. Not sure what they are for, or what country, or value?

                              Hello Matt,

I will try to help you out as best as I can.

Item 2- I believe these are American 37mm rounds. They could have been used by the British but the 'M' Designation is more American.

Item 4- I don't think these are British. They look more European to me. I don't think the Flaming Bomb Symbol is a British Proof mark like it is on the casings.

Item 6- 40mm is the Brit 2pdr diameter for Anti-tank guns. Also it was for the Bofors Anit-Aircraft Gun. This one has an Anchor on the casing so I think that this might be for an Anit-Aircraft gun on board a ship.

I hope this helps but if someone else can add some please go ahead.
