I am looking for any possible info about this one-time use flamethrower - are there any examples in collections or museums ?? - any period.. or post war pictures ???

I asked about these on here a while back as a friend has one in his collection which i am negotiating a deal with and hope to have it soon
it has its origional ordanance tan colour all over and in real nice condition but missing one of the nozzles i will try an get pics
