I have zero knowledge about German scopes. Is this an original wartime German scope? What is the value of such a thing? Any help is more than welcome. Thank you all.

Here is a photo of your scope from a page out of the 1939 Stoeger catalog.
So it is pre war.
The value would depend on condition and quality of optics.
It's a sporting scope and not military.
