Just picked this up yesterday. It's the later 3 line slide legend and is military accepted.
The paperwork is the "Mailing Certificate". It is simmilar to the common form that is often seen but this one is seldom encountered.
The holster is fine example of the fkx-4 (Gustav Sudbrack).
I think that the name Engle. found inside the holster and on the left grip is that of the German who once had this pistol.
The photos of the pistol came out dark. One of the problems was that the gun's finish is very dark and made it difficult to photograph.
