a friend has a nice non-import "bnz41" mauser for sale. all maching except the stock. it's got a ton of WA's on it. mint bore and original sling. bnz was the code for steyr, yes? a pretty nice example. asking price is around 500.00. what do you all think?

I think it's a little high right now... early Steyr's are not easy to find, but with a m/m stock, probably $350-450 depending on how nice it is. -
I just sold a nice "dot19444" , all matching with minty bore, but it also had a mismatched stock. I sold it for $450.
I think $500 for this early "bnz" is a fair price, as long as the bore is very good!

yeah, the bore is shiny and nice. i was thinking 400.00, actually. i picked up a super mint "dou44" all matching, for my brother, for 350.00. i thought that was a good deal. the main selling point is that it's a 1941 steyr. i especially like the early german stuff since they were "winning" and the QC was there. we'll see. thanks for the input, guys!Comment
