For Uncle Bill- Carcano Bringback

This is a WWII bringback Mod. 38 Cal. Carbine. in 6,5 x 52 m/m.
It was manufactured by Gardone in 1942.
The Model 38 Cavalry Carbine was also produced by Beretta and FNA- Brescia.
Unfortunately I had to refinish the stock on this rifle. The vet had stained a "purdy" mahogany red. I tried to protect the proofs on the stock as best I could. I think she came out all right.
