    Pierre, The serial number on the buttstock should be underneath (as you hold the rifle to fire it) between the pistol grip and buttplate....The number you mention does not match the serial number of the rifle.....Bodes

      Its a Portugal Mo937 contract rifle, in Mod98 configuration, there should be a Portugal crest above the new serial number, to the rifle should be exist a matching serialed blanko bayonet. best regards,Andy
