          Bhp Rig

          Hello Bill,

          That is one outstanding rig!!!!!

That thing must have been in one of the first german occupation batches made. Do you have an idea of what month it was made?

That holster looks pretty good as well. I see a Waffenampt on it but is there a holster date? With a name and a number in it you should be able to do some research.

I have one of the late war plastic griped BHP's but I would sure like to add something like that to my collection.

                  Wow!

A really nice and desirable rig, Bill

One of the latest tangent sight HP35 (stopped around serial 145000).
Probably manufactured during 1942. Is it equiped with a magazine safety system (I mean, is it possible to fire when the magazine is out of the gun)?

                  Simon

                        Bill,

As always, this one is a very nice pistol! I love this "It was there" look"
I agree with Simon about the year of production as 1942. The Waffenamt "WaA140" was used from late 1941 up to the liberation of the plant by the Allies, in September 1944.

                        Congratulations!

                        Douglas.
