Hi, really nice copy, good texture and feel too it..
Im not a mg42 expert so I dont know about what markings should be there or not, but what I mean to say is i sure hope for every collectors sake you got some markings showin this is indeed a fake.
Just wouldnt like to see this in the future on e bay going for XXXX$

It is all certainly original. He is trying to make a point because some feel a SS helmet he posted has a fake decal.

Willi is correct.....Seems like he has an "axe to grind" because an SS helmet of his was shot down in the helmet forum......He subsequently placed a nice original (he claimed fake) Army helmet as well......It's never easy to have somebody say an item is fake, but for God sakes, be a man about it......Accept your lumps, and go on....Bodes
