I see this WWII Jap 4 power Sniper Scope on Ebay
and was wondering how rare they are?

What are they worth??, Can I take a repro mount and mount it on side of regular Model 99 Rifle??, Are they welded on or screwed on?? (and bending bolt handle)
As this would look neat in my Marine Corp Jeep setup
