According to my information, it's for a Czech vz27 cal. .32 pistol - German designation Pistole 27 (t).
I can find no info. on the maker code, SKL.

Hi Joe,

I could not find the skl code either but, according to one source, the WaA721 was used by Karl Barth, Milit******228;reffektenfabrik, Waldbr******246;hl, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Their code was dla. The skl is probably a late war code reassignment which we know occurred in several other instances.
