anyone know a way to contact "Bishop Gun stocks"? I have looked everywere on the internet and with little luck. I could sure use some info/help if possible.

Bishop Gunstocks is long out of business. It was bought up by Reinhart Fajen who in turn went out of business several years ago. You may look under Wenig Gunstocks as Wenig was the foreman at Fajens before they closed. He now operates under his own name. He's still in Missouri.
