    Does anyone know were I can get a good barrel for my MP44.

    You are going to have a tough time. You can call the usual suspects-Sarco, IMA, Ohio Ordnance, Gun Parts, but will most likely not find one. I would keep my eyes open at gun shows and you might be able to find a complete parts kit with a nice barrel. These kits are running around $1000.00 and up. Good luck.

      Thanks but I have checked with them all (and a few others) Also attend more guns shows then most... its been years since I have seen ANY MP44 items at shows.

        Hi Dennis, sounds about right. If you are going to the Small Arms Review show in Phoenix next week you might get lucky. I saw a nice complete kit there last year. Good luck.

              No biggie just remove the barrel retaining pin and press it. I can have it out in a half hour or less.
