    MAB model D pistol

    Hi guys,

Here's my latest addition to the gun collection.
A nice French MAB mod. D pistol, cal. 7,65mm.
Used by the Germans and proofed with WaA251.

It has quite some (holster) wear and i think the barrel has been replaced sometime in history, but it's an original MAB one but no German fire proof.

The holster came with it but i think it's not original to the gun.
Anyone knows what it is and if it is original ?

If you need more photo's or info just ask...

    Thanks for looking

                  Nice pistol.

I have an identical holster. Check under the strap, as mine is marked there.

                  Cheers, Ade.

Ade, how is yours marked ? So it's an original holster then.. nice ! :-)

                      Original German made holster

Hi Kris, here is the DRGM mark and makers marking (which looks like "Akeh" ?) behind the strap. Sorry for the poor photo but I had trouble trying to take it.

                      Cheers, Ade.

                        Hi Ade,

Thanks for the picture. It's probably saying Akah.
Mine does not have this mark.

                        Thanks,
                        Kris
