    MG34 Lafette Question

    I have a original 1940 dated MG34 Lafette with the spare bolt carrier attached to the frame. All wartime pictures I have seen have no bolt carrier on the tripod. Is the bolt carrier mounted on the tripod a post war Yugo addition? Does anyone have a wartime picture with the bolt carrier mounted on the tripod that they can post? Thanks....

    These are original to lafettes. There must be photos of them, i cant recall whether i have seen a photo but i am sure i probably have. Cheers Chris
