German Marschstiefel-original or fake?

Hi there,
I want to buy these boots. I do not want to waste money so I decided to ask here what do you think about it. The price is very good but I have a problem with a few things. The signature is strange and in a strange place, there are stripes outside and the sole is made from rubber. I know it occured, but I have never seen it on marschtiefel. Tell what do you think about it. I have no more photos, if it is not enough, just tell, i will not buy it. If I made any mistakes, I am sorry for my English.

not sure that they had rubber soles in WW2? mabie EAST or WEST GERMAN? and the date of 72? just don't know?

Postwar Feuerwehr (Fw) - fire fighters - boots. Wartime ones also have the typical round shaped leather pullers, but fixed inside.

Thanks for help. About the signature, in the end of the war there was terrible mess in it, so I was not sure if it is postwar. I thought 72 may not be a date.
