    1935 Luger holster

I recently picked up this holster for my G date and interestingly the stamps are all inside rather than on the backside. It's in rather good condition and actually a very tight fit for the pistol. I'm hoping this is an acceptable alternative and would appreciate any thoughts! I'll post pics of the gun this weekend. 1.jpeg 2.jpeg 3.jpeg 4.jpeg

1.jpeg 2.jpeg 3.jpeg 4.jpeg 5.jpeg 6.jpeg 7.jpeg Here are some gun pics. It's in fantastic shape so kudos to all previous owners for excellent care taking! All numbered parts match (even grips) except the firing pin which is un-numbered. I'll be looking for a proper magazine since this one is a 1939+ example. This one won't be a shooter. The K & G dates have a very interesting history which is what attracted me to this model. Here's a good reference for proof marks: http://www.germandaggers.com/Gallery/GLP.php

Very nice find. It is strange to see the markings inside the holster for this year/maker. My guess is this is a very early 1935 production, as the 1934 dated examples are marked inside as well like this one is. Great find!
