    MP34 marking question

    I don't have a picture, but has anyone ever heard of a description on an MP34 marking as being, stamped on the top cover WSS (the W is stamped over the SS) within a diamond shape surrounded by three circles?

    Are you speaking of the MP34-1/MP35-1 Bergmann or the Steyr MP34o?

          Sorry, no pic, just the description. The only logo I have seen is a Steyr logo.

            If I am not mistaken some early variations were produced at Steyr Solothurn in Zurich Switzerland. Perhaps this explains it? I know later versions were 660 marked.
