Polish and Chinese AK/AKM question.....quick answer please

This is about as far outside my area as possible and I'm trying to find a quick answer and I know for a lot of you this is a pretty simple question.

What is the official model designation for the Polish folding stock AK-47 or AKM? It would be for one made in the 1980's. Also, the same for the Chinese made AK. I've been trying to do some quick research myself but some of what I've read is a bit confusing and I sort of need the info yet this morning.

I think the Chinese one with the stamped receiver is an AKM rather than AK-47, right? Is it still refered to as the Type 56?

Chinese TYPE 56 was the designation.

I think the Poles used the czech VZ which is similar to the AK47.
