Where is there a place in Canada (Possibly British Columbia) that someone knows of that has a P .38?
Ive personally looked all over for one but I cant find anything. Any help would be great.

So ive heard about that company, Marstar has a pretty cool sight. I was looking for a Mauser (Im in target shooting) and I came across the site.... however i heard that buying things... such as guns or other things of that value over the net can be pretty risky.

Not if you know what you are looking at. Be sure to ask all questions first!! (such as condition of finish, wood, bore, numbers matching, import marks,...)
Also ask about returns. Most online dealers will allow you to return a firearm if you are not pleased with it, as long as it has not been fired! They will usually minus shipping fees from your refund, but this will still save you from getting a lemon!
