hello, after a long absence. i picked up an ac 44 P38 "h block" in about 98% w/a mint bore, all matching, that has an eagle/140 frame. i read that matt picked one up a while ago and that there were only approx. 8,000 frames made by FN and sent to walther and appear in the "G" and "H" blocks. is there any more info about these and what are they worth? thanks in advance...

well, if your sure, and its guarenteed a h block, which only 8000 were made, you have your self a real valuable item.
to have this correctly valued you should go to a firearms expert, the only real value you can get here, IMHO is aoproximations.

yes, this P38 is a 140 marked frame in the "h" block. as described above. i was just looking for a ballpark idea of price. i do not have a digital camera but perhaps i can get a friend to take some pix. it's a nice example of an ac44 and it was a bonus to get the FN made frame.Comment
