Are Mini 14's Collectable?

Hello all...
I have just recently picked up 2 mini 14's and after a little looking around, I think I scored! just want some opinions if you have any . one is a GB model with flash hider and bayo lug MINT(1987 production) and the other is a very early 1977 , 180 series ..I paid $800 for the pair both are mint. I will post pic tomorrow..I just never thought of these as a collectible, please give me your thoughts..thanks..chad

all firearms are collecterble, but since they are so common still, i wouldnt call a mini 14 a collecterble status firearms.

non the less a very nice rifle indeed, congrats on your purchase.

Hello Chad,

The GB definately is. Values on those in near mint condition will approach 800 bucks. The 1977 period one, unless it is brand new in the box is a shooter.
