I honestly cannot say. I have examined some sleeved ones and the work varies but can be very good at the crown. If I knew the serial number (even all but the last few digits) I think that I could tell you if it was originally made in 9mm or not and that would answer the question on the sleeve unless it was relined as 9mm which is very unlikely

I’ll add that I don’t think it has been sleeved and that the serial number is between 1-120,000

the lower frame is numbered but the upper is not. i bought the upper several years ago with grips and leather holster for about $2300.00 the lower was papered as a 7.63 mm

Unfortunately, the critical area that can reveal if the barrel has been sleeved is way out of focus. A clear and in focus pic of the crown of the barrel is needed. It is not possible to disguise the seam of the sleeve around the crown.
Sleeving 7.63 barrels to 9mm is common in the US and is probably not as common in Europe but it is not difficult
The SS stamp does not look vintage or correct.
As noted, the serial number range for production of 9mm examples is well known.FWIW

Thanks for the improved pic which is a big help. Crown does not appear to have been sleeved in any manner. Breech end is far more difficult to disguise so you can inspect that as well. Having seen quite a few sleeved barrels, none have come close to being undetectable. Not saying that it is impossible to do, but it is unlikely unless the value of the firearm is exceptionally high which would warrant finding a smith with sufficient skill. I've had a number of collector SMG barrels sleeved with excellent results but the evidence is still there.
As far as the SS stamp you would have to compare it to a verified broomhandle that was SS stamped for location, accuracy of the representation of the skull and whatever other markers help in such a determination.
SS stamp fakes have been everywhere for along time as you know....
Hope you can verify it as legitimate.

the gun was 13k and the 9mm barrel was $2300 if memory serves me correctly

It would be interesting to know if there is one or more crown N proofs on the upper. It is a fact that SS VT, TV troops used various Mauser “broomhandles” selective fire and not. I have no information to support the following suggestion but I would not think it impossible that they may have had some older 7.63 calibers re-bored to 9MM. I say that because they were well know to run extensive overhaul programs for small arms during the late 30s through early 40s
