Lafette tripod Optics block?

Hi All,i am currently restoring a near mint MG34 lafette tripod ex russian capture - however it is missing the alluminium MGZ optics block - can someone point me in the direction of one, a yugo one would be fine as they are more or less a copy of the german one?,

so an original german, or yugo one would be fine, will pay a good price
