Depending on the size, it may be for a Walther PP or another WWII German gun.
Nice, well worn, Theuermann holster. Just google these words ..

Off hand, the shorter muzzle length and black finish lead me to believe it is for the Walther PPK. In which case you have a holster designated for use by officials of the RSHA and consequently a scarce and VERY desirable holster.
