NSFK Folding Pocket Utility Knife (never seen one before)

This is an absolute first for me. A fellow I know who's father brought this home just sold me this knife. In all my years of collecting I've never seen one before. In doing a quick internet search I found one made by the same company only it had a Luftwaffe eagle on it. It had sold at auction but no price was available.

The knife was made by & marked on one side of it's aluminum scales: "BUSSING-NAG LEIPZIG RZM" and has the NSFK emblem of Icarus & the swastika on the other. The main blade is a sheeps foot type while the secondary is a combination screwdriver and saw blade.

Does anyone know anything about such knives?

Why should it have RZM embossed into it? I say it is a fantasy piece ...JMHO.

Here is another knife just like it but with a Luftwaffe eagle. Both are a post war creation IMO.
