    SA Dagger..Opinions please

    Hello

don't have better pics at the moment It's a RZM 7/13 stamped Dagger.

Is it a real one and how much would it be worth in this condition?? ..at least it looks aged
    TIA
    cheers

Based on the photos, I'd guess this is an original dagger paired up with an original scabbard - not an original, been-together-all-these-years combination. Too much difference in condition bvetween them

The dagger is pretty well beat...I'd save my money!

    Best,

Ditto - The scabbard is restored. You an see buggered screws and pitting that was buffed out of the fittings on scabbard. Might be the original scabbard to the dagger, but deifinately restored. Only buy if it is around $100 and then use as trading material. The parts are worth that.

Thank you all for your help and advices

I probably will never have the money to buy a mint one
So,If I could get the dagger for around 100USD I could take it right?
          cheers

Save your money. Only buy this if you already have an SA collection and you need spare parts. As you gain experience, you will become disappointed with this and want to sell it. It will never go up in value. There are better buys for $100 than this SA. I bet you can't buy it for that price either. My guess is the seller will think it is worth more.

A matching K98 bayonet with frog is a better investment if you have to spend money now.

I would buy it for $100.00. It has an early nickel silver eagle grip and the scabbard is in nice condition from the photos, so worth the $100.00, even if the throw the blade and crossguards away.

i would buy it for 100, love restoring stuff, and that blade would be a challenge.

With this scabbard paint it is no SAdagger but an NSKKdagger.
