SS dagger with hanger

I would appreciate any comments whether this is real SS dagger. I came across it in antique shop. They claim, that they purchased set of daggers from inheritor of former collector, but they know clearly nothing about third reich items ... .

The fakes get better and better as time goes on. People will continue to be fooled by them if they don't buy books and educate themselves about what's out there.
