M33 Herder on Estand

The M33 Herder recently posted for sale on the estand, while disclosed as having a possibly-replaced runic button, looks to in fact be post-war runes. The eagle also may have issues, but the pictures make it somewhat difficult to tell for sure. Thoughts?

Yes,it's replaced with a postwar one,but the owner mention this fact :

Ya I saw that—I just read it different. didn’t read it to imply the replaced button was a fake. I really think this grip may be a replacement in Toto. Hard to tell
