      Looks like a Alcoso 'High Lift' crossguard.
      However, the scabbard looks like a early one (don't know if it's even a Alcoso type) but in any case I don't believe these late daggers were issued with a double scabbard screw.

      I'm no expert, just still learning, so I wold wait for the specialists opinions.

        IMO original Alcoso Solingen 4. type Heer dagger. I'm not sure about scabbard - looks also as Alcoso product with 2. screws maybe is ok for initial production of 4. type. (ASC logo on dagger balde - ASW in later type.)
