Emil Voos sword

i would like to get your opinions on this Emil Voos Solingen sword. Swords are not my topic, so I would like to hear if everything is fine with this one.

I tried to google it, however, I cannot find any other example with such eagle. Is it rare? Early? Late? Any additional information would be highly appreciated.
