Troddel, what unit please??

This subject is beyond my expertise and I could not find an exclusive answer in my reference books; believed to be Heer/Uffz (?) but to what branche/unit can this Troddel be attributed and would it indeed be for a NCO?

Any help much appreciated.

This is Uffz. Troddel and is woried here wrongly on a combat S84/98 frog so when its a dress version it should be mounted on dress KS98 frog. All branches used this type of NCO trodell not only KM. b.r.Andy
