Looks fine to me but I'm no expert. It's probably in the £300 range as is.

This RAD Hewer appears to be original to the period, though it's blade has been polished to within an inch of it's life...possibly because the condition of the blade was found to be very poor.

IMO any piece without a scabbard is of no interest. A dagger or knife without a hanger is one thing, because you can usually find an acceptable hanger to add to it, but one without its scabbard is not something I would want in my collection. Even if you're fortunate enough to find a scabbard being sold without its dagger, the fit may be quite different. It will be very difficult to re-sell when that time comes...IMO.
