DLV Dagger with inscription Real or Fake?

Hello collectors!
Like in the title, i have found this dagger in the internet, and i wonder if it is genue, and what is written on the blade? Is it another fantasy dagger?

I'm not crazy about the makers mark & based on that, I would be very concerned about the inscription. Always good to be skeptical of such things until they are proven to be period but let's see what some of the other collectors say.

Yes, the maker mark looks a little thick, but the rest of the dagger looks old with nice patina, that's why i asked for your help.

Agree that the Heller mark is heavier than I've ever see, but with all the lengthwise wear on the blade, the inscription seems mostly immune.

Although the mark looks odd, the blade is probably period. The real question is whether the inscription is legit & it's tough to tell with those pics. I don't think you'll get more a more definite answer without better pics.

There's a balloon man DLV dagger for sale on e-stand where the close up pic of the logo looks dark like this one, but others not so dark, so could be the way the pic was taken. Ask for other pics.

dagger and blade are goods period for me!
and for my opinion the inscription look original also , fakes inscriptions like this are not common for me!!
