Usually, this stamp, if original, is on SS vertical hangers with SS runes as a part of the whole stamp. The leather on your hanger looks brown. Right? I have never seen this stamp on SA dagger hanger. Well, may be there is such a thing, who knows.
Besides, this stamp is one of the most common stamps used by fakers. I could be wrong but based on the photos I would pass.
The belt loop looks OK and so is the clip.
