You’re struggle to get an eagle alone, you’ll have to find an entire grip handle. I had the same problem couple of months ago and ended up getting a very good reproduction eagle from https://www.historical-militaria.com...ffen/index.htm

I disagree, they can still be found un-used. You just have to look, or wait.
I suggest you post a want ad in Wanted section of the E-stand.
