Please review Gravity Knife

Hello,
Would like your opinions on this Gravity Knife. I was told the spring was broken and it looks like a very old "repair" of electrical tape was made. If it is an original piece I was wondering if it was repairable or best left "as -is". The blade goes in/out and stays out as long as pressure is left on the lever. I appreciate your thoughts on this!

This is much like the first one I bought. Busted spring held together with fine wire if I remember correctly. It is definitely the real deal. I sent mine to a guy in Colorado that repaired it. Not perfect but better than the wire it originally had. I think the place was called Roadside Imports. Give it a search and good luck!
