WKC Diplomat dagger, good/bad??

This is unfortunately the only picture of it available. I know extremely little about these and am curious if it jumps out as good or bad. I apologize there are no more photos than this. To me the V in the breast does not look right and the bands on the scabbard don't look like they match correctly, but am a neophyte when it comes to a WKC diplo.

It is a Government Official dagger, and it's a reproduction.

I do not believe that the Hungarian dagger is real either... gilt on Hungarian daggers is a sure give away.
