i am not fan on this dagger , for me a a parts dagger , blade is good , gehange are for heer dagger , the rest is supicious for me !

Known period examples are only known to be by Eickhorn. The parts of this dagger can be cobbled together from other period parts to construct a Frankenstein dagger which is what I believe you have here.

The pictures appear to be from a German seller well known to this forum's members. This seller uses at least 6 different Ebay names & is known for selling modern production daggers, knots & hangers.

Save your money as a correct & period example of this dagger would conservatively run in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Agreeing with Billy that it's bogus, if my recollection of some other discussions is accurate: Other than one mention in a catalog, there is as much period documentation for these as there is for the so-called 1st model Railway daggers - a "gift" from the late James Atwood. FP

You are wrong, guys,the dagger was belonging from à Winchester rifles collector,that came to me to buy one of mine and when he saw my daggers propose that one to me,it was since more than 35 years in his possession, and hé think that it is spanish copy.
I told the old guy i gonna put it on the forum to check it,is was, of course already sûre it was not from Spain....
