An excellent, and proper, Reichspost bayonet with a very scarce RP Troddel. Very nice!

I was wondering how rare the troddels would be for these postal bayonets? How often do they appear on dealer's list and how much do they usually sell for? Mike

EM Postal Bayonet Knot

The Postal EM Bayonet Knot is actually more rare than the bayonet. I haven't seen one forsale in the past couple of years, but they should sell in the $350 to $500 range.

Ron, thanks for your reply. I'm thinking of purchasing one of these bayonets. Actually I believe I will contact the seller and put the item on hold.
The bayonet that I will be buying (if it is still available) will be the regular combat type, not the dress model. How rare is this type? Thanks, Mike
