This is pattern #2 in the Seilheimer catalogue and is a variation of the ES102 pattern by Holler. It seems that Holler was subcontracted to produce the etches for Seilheimer.

Nice example that you can see pictured in Wayne's book on page 204.

Andy is right. The frog is wrong for a KS98 dress bayonet...
