K98 with engrave

this bayonet is from a collecter friend,, i now the bajonet is ok,, but what about the engrave, i think this is fantasy,, is this correct,,,

are there original K 98 baj with SS engrave

Already done on restored and rusted old bayonet, made by Eickhorn 1935 under code S/172 G, should be with wooden grips, so the bayonet is not in good and proper condition,the etching is typical for hungarian or czech or polish last 20ies.b.r.Andy

The answer is no - these are fantasy items like the new production types I mentioned. FP

Like mentioned by FP, the combat S84/98 was forbiden to upgrade in any personall way, for this the soldier could buy a dress KS98 for walking out purpose.b.r.Andy
