question about an 1196/38 SS dagger?

Do they make any decent fakes of the 1196/38 SS daggers out there? Ones with crossgraining and might fool a collector? What are the TELLS or clues if they do?

I've not seen a SS 1196/38 (Ed Wusthof) faked. They have a very distinctive motto, only used by this firm as far as I've ever seen. Also, they tend to use plated aluminium crossguards, most RZM makes use plated zinc.

I look for any fakes out there but found none.
I take it this is a fairly common maker for RZM variations.
